The Republic of Mexico only (Rentals originating from Tijuana are permitted to cross border. Customer must purchase liability insurance at $12 USD per day)

ACCIDENTS:

Customer must complete a police report at time of accident and must report accident to nearest Alamo office or the following number: 01 800 849 8001. Client must report any damage/theft to Alamo office immediately.

AGE LIMITS:

Minimum 21 Maximum 75

YOUNG DRIVERS:

$20.00 USD per day per driver for drivers ages 21-24

ADDITIONAL DRIVER:

$5.00 USD per day

INFANT SEATS:

$5.00 USD per day.

AFTER HOURS RETURN:

Rental location MUST be notified of after hours return at time of rental. Customer will be given instructions on returning vehicle during after hours.

Fuel Policy:

Pick up and return full or surcharge of 40% will apply.

DEDUCTIBLE PROTECTION (DP):

$10 USD Per Day. This amount covers the CDW-TP deductible. DP can only be purchased in conjunction with both CDW-TP and PLI. * In the event a product includes DP in the rate, the credit card deposit is reduced from $1000 to $500.
